Description

Nord is a men’s down jacket built for hiking, climbing, and everyday wear. It uses 800 fill power goose down for reliable warmth, while durable outer fabric makes it better suited to regular use and contact with gear than ultralight camp-only pieces.

Outer shell uses tough 30D ripstop nylon for better resistance to wear, punctures, and tears. Inside, lighter 15D nylon helps keep jacket reasonably light and compact for its warmth.

Insulated hood and high collar help block wind. Front and rear hood adjustment make it easy to fine-tune fit, while soft fleece at collar adds comfort in high-contact areas.

Jacket has four pockets: one outer chest pocket for quick access, one inner chest pocket for essentials, and two fleece-lined hand pockets. Synthetic insulation inserts in shoulder area help reduce cold spots when wearing a backpack and around pocket openings when hands are in use.

DWR-treated down and shell fabric help jacket perform better in damp conditions.
